The Massachusetts Albanian American Society and the Bashkimi Dance Group are organizing a festival which will include traditional costumes and performances by folk groups from Michigan, New York, and Massachusetts in addition to two of Albania’s most honored singers -- Aurela Gace and Xhoni Athanas. The festival will bring a colorful celebration of Albanian culture to the stage of the Strand Theatre, while including songs and music from all regions of Albania for an audience of 1000+ people.
